Shoulder Purse

About this pattern

This is a simple, elegant shoulder purse, made from small pieces of material or soft leather that you have from your stash. It has a zipper closure and a racy slashed external pocket for anything, perhaps a boarding pass or your cell phone or GPS.

Pattern pieces

  1. Back/front
  2. Lower front pocket

Materials

  1. Leather or fabric scrap pieces
  2. Lining scrap pieces
  3. Fusible interfacing if using fabric
  4. Leather, fabric or cord, 44”, for shoulder strap
  5. Zipper minimum of 6 inches

General Instructions

Use materials from your existing stash

All seam allowances are 3/8”
